With over 24 years’ experience across categories as diverse as paints, telecom, apparel, footwear and e-commerce, I have handled leadership roles in Sales and Marketing, in India and the Asia-Pacific region for leading names in the business. I hold an engineering degree from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. I enjoy working at Cocoblu, alongside a wonderful bunch of smart, motivated folks, hungry to make a mark in the e-com space. E-com is both fun and challenging because no two days are the same. I work by the credo “I don’t stop when I’m tired, I stop when I’m done.” And when I’m done with work, I love playing the violin, mastering bullet chess online, running, and being a chauffeur for my kids!

With over 14 years’ experience in supply chain and business consulting, focused on FMCG and retail, I help businesses improve their operational efficiency. What few people know is that I’m a hardcore foodie, and love listening to ghazals – both of which are an exceptionally efficient use of my time! An alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Lucknow, I appreciate the flat organizational structure of Cocoblu, and its immense potential to create something big and meaningful. I love the energy here, and admire the commitment and capability of the Cococrew. I take pride in my work, and I’m striving to standardize processes, reduce working capital, and improve profitability. We’re going to make it happen.

With 10 years’ experience across verticals in FMCG and e-commerce, I love solving real-world problems to bring delight to customers like you and me. I’m passionate about my work, and it’s as much of a thrill as my other passions – watching sports, and going on bike rides. An alumnus of IIM Kozhikode and NIT Karnataka, I often say that not every fire needs to be doused immediately, you can let some of them burn for a while. My analytical mind helps me navigate obstacles, while also pre-empting problems before they occur. At Cocoblu, I look forward to the next big challenge.

With 17 years’ experience across e-commerce, sales, retail, customer loyalty, customer experience, and strategy consulting, I am equal parts data-driven and a people person. At Cocoblu, I’m excited to work alongside talented, passionate, driven professionals will never say die. Our culture is shaped by our Internal Compass, and a strong sense of empathy. This is our guiding light, and provides clarity in ambiguous situations.

With 16 years’ experience that includes being a product manager, an educator, a PhD scholar, and a consultant, you can safely say that my chief characteristics are curiosity and patience. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, I love that Cocoblu gives me the liberty to define what I want to do, and how I want to do it! The freedom is profound, and I enjoy the opportunity to execute things at this scale and from scratch. You will usually find me on my mobile, checking email. I also end up dreaming about studying, since there are so many new things to learn. I enjoy working with my team, and I believe you have to give respect to earn respect.

With 24 years’ experience in category management, and a demonstrated history of success in the internet industry, I am skilled in P&L management, negotiation, retail buying, merchandising, and sales operations. Being a marathoner, I believe that strength, discipline, and accountability are essential for success. I love the “Day One” kind of culture at Cocoblu, it brings out the best in me. I tend to be over-organised and a workaholic, and I have very little patience with procrastinators. However I love my team here, and like I always tell them, “Believe you can and you are half way there.”

With 15 years of HR experience spanning across HR Business Partnering, L&D and Total Rewards, I thrive in the challenge of scaling organisations and processes. Also, I am extremely passionate about understanding how people behave, their interactions and what drives them, both at work and in my personal life, At Cocoblu, the energy, the collective intelligence around me and the intent to build a world-class organisation is what excites and motivates me. Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting with different art forms, eating out with the family and listening to my son's constant chatter!

I am really excited about scaling up businesses and building empowered teams that deliver business results. I believe that learning should never stop, and Cocoblu provides the best platform to learn and grow with talented colleagues and team members. Outside of work, I love running marathons and answering the curious questions of my kid. It helps me to look at the world with a fresh perspective.
